  • Led the business migration of significant £185M personal lines insurance acquisition, overseeing safe data transfer of 1.2M customers and business readiness of 1000+ staff across numerous UK locations.  Realised substantial cost savings with c50% headcount reduction, equating to c£50M annual cost reduction.   • Established a Data Science team using multiple best-of-breed tools, yielding a 40% increase in customer retention in the first 12 months.
  • Initiated and directed the development of new pricing and quoting engine, optimising loss ratios whilst offering a scalable and performant service.  The solution was amongst the first in the market and processes over 55M unique quotes a day.  The platform enables 200+ data enrichment points to feed into its pricing decisions, leveraging data analytics to improve renewal and retention across the book and significantly increasing panel share.
