Technology Leader
Technology is radically transforming business, and it’s only just started. Digital advancements such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), the Internet of Things (IoT), Blockchain, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) are all having a seismic impact on the markets, the workforce and are set to introduce unprecedented levels of operational efficiency
Those who are nimble and take calculated risks will find new ways to transform, create value, and exploit fresh opportunities.
Dan is a pragmatic technology leader, centring on improving a company’s competitiveness through prudent use of non-differentiating services to maximise operational efficiency whilst enhancing its ability to price its products dynamically. Dan takes cost planning very seriously and personally drives this agenda, leveraging his deep experience as a business operations leader and a former Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to challenge feasibility and add realism to proposed estimates. This is a highly effective approach and delivers proven benefits.
“Dan has altered the face, and name, of IT, leading the change to M-Powered and revolutionising the daily operations. He and the team have won numerous industry awards for innovation.
More recently, in his Group COO role, Dan has been instrumental in launching projects’ The Right Way’ and ‘M-Powered by Innovation’. However, his career-defining moment has to be the successful migration of the CO-OP Insurance.”

As Incited’s Chief Operating Officer (COO), Dan plays a crucial role in overseeing operational delivery, ensuring processes and technologies scale with business growth. Dan actively supports C-Level leadership with new business development whilst leading innovation and ESG agendas.
Incited is a technology company (Fintech) providing data science as a service to the financial services market. Established in 2016, Incited’s proprietary data platform is integrated directly with insurers, brokers, software houses and third-party providers to increase profitability.
