Formerly Incited’s Chief Operating Officer, I oversaw operational delivery, ensuring processes and technologies scale with business growth. I actively supported the C-Level leadership with new business development whilst leading innovation and ESG agendas.

Established in 2016, Incited is an Insurtech company that helps to unlock the value of data, transforming it into predictive insight and action. 

As Incited’s Chief Operating Officer, I was crucial in bringing a new Data Science SaaS product to market. This included market analysis, producing supporting Product materials, recruiting key personnel, and approaching Brokers to run proof of value assessments.

Using my extensive market experience and network, I forged critical partnerships with other technology solution providers to add value to their proposition, establish new product distribution routes, and open up new revenue streams.

Finally, I established an Advisory Board comprised of experienced industry executives to assist the Leadership team and provide needed governance. I was actively involved in a growth funding round and supported the production of due diligence investment material.


Previously the Group Chief Operating Officer of Markerstudy Group, I was given the remit to establish a Group technology function. I was responsible for the digital strategy and its implementation, playing a central role in scaling the IT operation to its present award-winning position.

With a focus on delivering simple, reliable, resilient, secure, and performant solutions, I directed the development of new capabilities whilst underpinning the rapid growth of the business, increasing from 500 in 2011 to over 5.000 staff in 2021, based all over the UK.

Founded in 2001, Markerstudy is the fifth largest motor insurance provider in the UK and the most significant Managing General Agent in the UK. With over 2 million customers, Markersudy is known for its Technology investment, Underwriting expertise, and sophisticated Product Development.

The team and I won numerous industry Awards for Innovation.

However, my career-defining moment must be the successful migration of the Co-op Insurance business.
